Ingredients

10 ounces (280 grams) Lean Ground Beef
¾ cup Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp chopped Fresh Thyme Leaves
3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 Onion, diced
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
1 Egg
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Black Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
Pinch of Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 375 F or 190 C degrees. Line a small baking dish that can fit in the Air Fryer with a piece of parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix with your hands until the ingredients are well incorporated.

3. Wet your hands and make small meatballs out of the mixture.

4. Arrange half of the meatballs on the lined baking dish (you will have to air fry in two batches). Place the baking dish inside the Air Fryer. Close and air fry for 5 minutes. Repeat with the other batch.

½ Yellow Onion

INSTRUCTIONS
